Instructions for Registration

Please read carefully before filling the registration form.

• Use CAPITAL LETTERS for names. Initials after the name only.
• Select the correct LEF Centre and State.
• Boys and Girls forms are separate; gender is fixed on those forms.
• City and Evening forms allow Male / Female selection.
• Year of Salvation is optional.
• After submitting, inform your centre incharge for approval.
• Do not register the same person twice for the same centre.
